About Us

Welcome to Flavors, a Hampton Roads-based business that brings the taste of Queens, NY to our local community. Our founder, Ak West, spent summers savoring Italian icees in Queens, and as an adult, he was inspired to share this experience with the people of Hampton Roads. Flavors is more than just a place to indulge in delicious Italian icees. We are a one stop entertainment company that offers a wide range of activities/products customized for local businesses, parties, and other events. Flavors is also dedicated to giving back to the community that has supported us from the beginning. Our commitment to community outreach and involvement stems from our founder’s tenure as a barber for many years at Emanons, his family owned barbershop.
This is where Ak’s love for connecting with others in his community began. Currently, he sponsors local community basketball games and coaches youth teams, instilling important values and skills in our future leaders. We are equally committed to supporting other local businesses and helping them gain visibility in the community. At Flavors, we strive to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can come together and enjoy a delicious treat.
